LETTER TO VENDORS |

Dear College Hill Farm Market Vendors, Thank you for your interest in the College Hill Farm Market, a Thursday market from 3-6:30 p.m. The season is longer this year—from the first of May until the end of October. The market is located at 5742 Hamilton Avenue in the parking lot of the College Hill Presbyterian Church. It has 16 booth spaces available this year in a new configuration in the parking lot. There will also be an event tent and several non-profit spaces. Restrooms and hand washing facilities for the vendors are available in the church. We now have more signage at the intersection of North Bend and Hamilton and will put up our large, permanent sign on Hamilton Avenue the first week in May. We look forward to an even larger market this year.Please review the attached procedures for this market season. We are now a registered market with the Ohio Department of Agriculture which allows us to participate in the Ohio Passport program, but does mean that we may be inspected sometime during the season. Send your completed application by mail or email. We will respond to your application within 1 week. You may pay your vendor fees at the May 5 th meeting. We are seeking a good mix of vendors to offer our shoppers the best variety possible.We request that all vendors meet at 1:30, May 5 th, on the market site. We want to get to know each, answer any questions vendors have, and assign vendor spaces for the season. Vendors who commit to the season and have paid will get to choose their vendor space in the order that we receive their applications. We will send out a map of the new market configuration before the meeting so that vendors may consider their choice. Monthly vendors will then get to choose their vendor spaces from those remaining.Even if you will not be joining the market until June 2 nd, we hope that you can attend the meeting.
